The location is highly convenient for visiting

the historic city center and offered easy access to public transport. The apartment was well-equipped, though the cooking area needed better lighting. Overall, it served us well for our short stay, and the staff were accommodating.

Friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home.

Unfortunately, the heating in our room was off during our stay, leading to uncomfortable nights. Every request for assistance regarding this matter was met with rudeness, only adding to our frustration. Additionally, it was quite disappointing to find that our room wasn't cleaned or tended to during our stay, leaving us without fresh linens or towels.

Staying here was a blast with friends! The nearby terrace was perfect for morning coffee, and we loved exploring the area. We found a casino for some evening fun and even an ATM for easy cash access. The staff was super helpful, and the amenities made our trip enjoyable.

The spacious room was impeccably clean, and having access to free bottled water was a lovely touch. The friendly staff were eager to assist, ensuring we felt welcomed and at home. The garden with jasmine was absolutely delightful! The staff (Marta) was super helpful with directions to the lake and ferries. But, no kettle in the room to make tea was a bit of a bummer. 🌿

The Superior Apartment was pretty spacious, which was a nice surprise. I loved the well-equipped kitchen—it made meal prep easy. The decor felt classy and welcoming. Just wish the pillows were a bit firmer. they were too soft for my taste. Good WiFi and fresh towels were an added bonus!
